Jane serves as a trusted advisor to C-Suite business leaders around the world, helping them translate business strategy and objectives into organization solutions that help their companies reduce organizational complexity, improve performance, become more nimble and better able to deal with the complexities of today’s marketplace.
She is a thought leader in the areas of organizational behavior, organizational design and effectiveness, and leadership development. Her methodology has been refined through 25 years of application and learning, working across diverse industries and a global client base including American Airlines, Chase Bank, Cigna, Freeport McMoRan, Henkel, Verizon, and Wyndham Hotel Group.
Previously, Jane was the Vice President of Global Organization Effectiveness and Learning for Honeywell, and the Director of Change Management for Motorola. Jane also served as Adjunct Faculty at the Arizona State University Center for Executive Development.
Jane has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Arizona State University, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business and Management. She holds a Master Certification in Managing Organizational Change, and is a MTI® Certified Mediator.
